A 11 month old child arrives at the clinic with a 25 hour history of a somewhat of a sore ear. The mother reports no fever. The child stays at home with the mother and has an older sister with a cold. The child is immunized.

Physical Exam: Child is uncomfortable. Ear: See picture. Remainder of physical exam is unremarkable.
