A 4 year old male child presents to the office with a 2 day(s) history of sore throat and fever.  The child complains of runny nose, cough and diarrhea. 

On physical exam, the child is febrile with temperature of 38.6 and looks unwell.  Examination of the neck reveals palplable cervical lymphadenopathy bilaterally.  Visualization of the orophrynx shows erythema.  Remainder of the examination is normal.

What is the most likely diagnosis?
