ALP > ALT OR AST
Elevated ALP indicates cholestasis (elevated GGT confirms liver source) and normal bile ducts on ultrasound therefore INTRAHEPATIC CHOLESTASIS.

ALT: 21 - Normal range between 1 to 60 U/L
AST: 16 - Normal range between 8 to 40 (male), 8 - 32 (female) U/L
ALP: 241 - Normal range between 30 to 145 U/L
GGT: 188 - Normal range between 11 to 63 (male), 8 - 35 (female) U/L
Investigations
