A 2 year old boy presents to the clinic following an episode in which the child became blue and fainted.  Prior to the episode the child was screaming which suddenly stopped. The child returned to normal within one minute. There were no twisting movements associated with this event. This child is growing and developing normally. The family history is unremarkable. Physical examination is within normal limits.
