-Vigorous-intensity activities at least 3 days/week.
-Activities that strengthen muscle and bone at least 3 days/week.
-More daily PA provides greater health benefits.
The Canadian Food Guide recommends a plate model for dietary intake: 1/2 of the plate should be vegetables/fruit, 1/4 of the plate grains, 1/4 of the plate protein, and make water the drink of choice
